Established in 1971 to meet the family planning needs of low and moderate-income families, Health Quarters provides accessible and confidential medical services to clients, regardless of their ability to pay. 

Clients receive the very best reproductive health services and the information necessary to prevent unintended pregnancies, HIV and other STDs, and breast and cervical cancer. 

Health Quarters also delivers sexuality health education and outreach to provide tools for responsible decision-making and to increase the knowledge and overall health of local communities.
