New Way to Contact Support
Clients that are enrolled in TIC monitoring have a new way to contact TIC support. In the system tray, right click the TIC icon. A ticket request will pop up for you to fill out and submit. It looks like this:
We also have a client portal available where you can create and monitor tickets. Let us know if you would like this set up. If you are not on monitoring, we have other options available. Email support for information and pricing at email@example.com.
