Windows 7 and Windows 2008 are nearing their end of life. This means Microsoft will no longer provide security updates or support for PCs running these operating systems. All Windows 7 and 2008 computers need to be upgraded by January 2020. If you purchased your computer 3 or more years ago, it is best to replace it.

How do I tell if I am running Windows 7?

Go to Start > Control Panel > System:

If you are not sure what operating system you are running or have questions feel free to call the TIC help desk at 617 884-1086 or send us an email at support@ticbiz.com.
